With a hands-on approach to every assignment, he takes the time to get to know clients and candidates, understand their needs and goals, and provide personalized solutions.
Prior to founding Nasr Recruitment, Ricardo has recruited numerous candidates for many well known respectable clients and gained in-house experience as a recruiter within the BIG4. These experiences have provided him with a unique perspective on the industry and have helped shape Nasr Recruitment into the successful and respected firm it is today.
